 I am currently in the process of writing an e-book that I hope will become your empath survival guide.

I will be detailing ways in which you can learn to ground yourself, and protect yourself from negative energy.

I have put this together because after a lot of trial and error, these are the methods that have really helped me in my day to day life, and have really changed the way I deal with things.

I feel so much more positive, and the best thing of all, I feel more in control of my life. For the first time I feel an inner peace that I never had before,
